The Sad Elf

Alexandra Aquilina was born in Sliema on 19^th November, 1957. After attending St.Dorothy’s Convent first in Sliema then in Mdina she attended Junior College in Valletta.

She worked in a local bank until 1981 when she married Giuseppe Farina and went to live in Milan (Italy). In 1985 their only son Marco was born.

Mrs. Aquilina has been teaching English to children and teenagers for the last twenty years.

She kelp her Maltese nationality and is a frequent visitor of the Maltese islands which she loves dearly.
