excellent service and very good customer care

The service and shipping were quick and efficient and the packaging ensured that the book, Malta at War Volume 5 arrived undamaged. The only disappointment was in the standard of printing. Unlike the previous 4 volumes, the page trimming was poor and very uneven. Not all pages were the same width when bound into the book. I have come to expect a much higher standard for a book which is expensive to buy and ship. However, had it been the quality of previous volumes, the costs would not be considered important. Note from BDL: Please note that this is not a BDL publication and we have no control on the quality of the book itself.
