Shipping restrictions

Some items may be too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address. You will be notified by email if we are unable to ship a specific parcel to the address supplied.

Shipping and Handling

The stated estimated delivery duration applies from the dispatch date.

Items in stock can take between 24 - 48 hours to dispatch. Items not in stock can take between 5 to 8 working days to dispatch. Parcels heavier than the maximum weight indicated in the tables on the Handling page are consequently split up, which may result in the items not being received together. Delivery is likely to take more than the indicated estimates during peak season (E.g. Festive Season).

  • International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach their destination, they may be subject to Customs' clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and our control.

1What are the shipping costs?

  • Shipping costs will be displayed during the check-out process. You may be prompted with several shipping options and their relative cost. Please choose your preferred option.

2What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?

  • In the case of Local Deliveries, the Customer can contact us through our General Enquiries page.
  • In the case of International Maltapost deliveries, the Customer is to allow at least 10 more working days before contacting us about parcels that have not been received.

Orders shipped through Maltapost will have a tracking number. Tracking information will be sent by email to your registered email address.

  • If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, then please check with your local post office or parcel handlers before contacting us.
  • If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
  • If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please contact us through our online General Enquiries form.

Tracking Your Package

For deliveries made with Maltapost, foreign parcels can be tracked on Worktrace while local parcels can be tracked here.

To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

Local Courier Services

Courier deliveries may be delivered within the their stated delivery period - 1 to 3 days. The courier will most likely call to inform you of the delivery and will give you an indication of the estimated time of delivery. Couriers cannot give exact times.

If no one is available to receive an attempted delivery, the courier will leave a message and contact details in the post. You are to contact the courier and arrange pick up or another delivery. Some couriers may charge an additional charge for a second delivery which should be settled with the courier on delivery of the parcel.
