Some items may be too big to ship to a P.O. box and must be shipped to a street address. You will be notified by email if we are unable to ship a specific parcel to the address supplied.

The above estimated delivery duration applies from the dispatch date.
Items in stock can take between 24 - 48 hours to dispatch. Items not in stock can take between 5 to 8 working days to dispatch. Parcels heavier than the maximum weight indicated in the above table are consequently split up, resulting in the items not being received all together. Delivery is likely to take more than the above estimates during peak season (E.g. Festive Season).
International customers: When orders shipped internationally reach their destination, they may be subject to Customs' clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be displayed at the check-out point, before payment.
What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
The Customer is to allow at least 10 more working days before contacting us about parcels that have not been received.
Orders are shipped through Maltapost and will have a tracking number which will be available in Your Account as of 2010. Tracking information will also be sent by email to your registered email address. In the meantime we will send you the tracking information by email only.
- If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, then please check with your local post office or parcel handlers before contacting us.
- If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable.
- If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package and it is not being returned as undeliverable, please use our online contact form to inform us.
Tracking Your Package
We use Maltapost to send out your parcels.
Foreign parcels can be tracked on Worktrace website while local parcels can be tracked at Maltapost's website.
In 2010 you will be able to view your order status in Your Account.
Note: To speed delivery, shippers may not location-scan all of their shipments. When shipping volume is high, packages are processed in bulk, and the first time a package is scanned may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination, or even when the package is delivered. If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.
